Yum Yum "Peppered Baked Lemon Pickled Chicken"

Ladies and gentlemen, it may not sound good, delicious, or a normal thing you would make up, but here it is!!! The Peppered Baked Lemon Pickled Chicken!!!! It is the most fabulous chicken my tastebuds have set sight on (or touched ;)) Here's what I did!

1. Set oven to 350F
2. Aluminum foiled over a cookie sheet and pasted the bottom with butter (I just get a stick of butter and rub it all over)
3. Sliced a medium and small sized lemon (you could do two medium or however much you'd want!) and squeezed them into a measuring cup
4. Set 6 frozen tenderloin chicken breast strip pieces on the buttered sheet
5. Poured lemon juice over all the chicken breast strips
6. Got out zesty dill pickles (spear shaped) and put four of them between different strips of chicken
7. Ground fresh pepper on top of chicken and pickles
8. Put in oven for 35-45 minutes!

AFTER PREP:
1. Get chicken breast strips out of oven and put them on a big plate (all side by side)
2. Took pickles and put them on the side of the same plate
3. Poured the lemon peppered pickle juice all over the chicken (The plate will be full of liquid but it will keep the chicken nice and moist and full of delicious flavor).
4. Put on table, ready to serve with your favorite seasonings (lemon pepper, garlic salt, etc)!!!

Its easy to make, easy to clean, and a wonderful side dish (or main dish) to eat! If your husband likes meat at the table, this is a wonderful light meat to prepare, and YOU'LL like it too!!!
