Dream Coconut Milk Milkshake

I have finally found the rival to dairy milkshakes! Its so fluffy, cold, and feel like a down to earth milkshake! This is NOT a smoothy, but a creamy, rich, dairy-free bliss! With that said, I highly recommend good quality caned coconut milk, for this is the most important ingredient for cream and texture (Golden Star is my absolute favorite and sold at Walmart. Golden Star is all pure fluffy white inside, meaning lots of good quality fat). Depending if your frozen strawberries are sour or not (they tend to freeze berries underripe), you may want to and a little more sugar or some sweeter berries. You can also probably switch it up with other fruit and berries and still get a great shake, but try to stick to the ratios below. If you add too much frozen berries or fruit, you'll need more liquid for blending properly.

Ingredients:
1 Can (13.5 oz) premium coconut milk
1 slightly rounded Cup frozen Strawberries
1/2 slightly rounded Cup frozen raspberries
1/4 Cup sugar

Directions:
Add all ingredients to your kitchen blender and blend till well blended! This serves two glasses exactly. It can be refrigerated for a day or so without harm, but be warned it does taste best when freshly done! Hope you enjoy it! I'd pick this coconut milk milkshake over any dairy shake, any day. Then again, maybe I'm just so dairy deprived that I'm just desperate for anything to substitute a milk and ice cream filled milkshake... Maybe? ;)
